The 42 staging of the Paleo Festival 2017 in Nyon Switzerland press conference commence the six day festival.

The festival see the likes of jamaican root reggae singer jah9 and “inna de yard band”.

The event has a host of food stand one of them being a jamaican stand.

As the Plaine de l ’Asse is busy getting ready to welcome a vibrant palette of artists, including Arcade Fire ,Jamiroquai, Renaud, Manu Chao, Justice, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Foals and the Red Hot Chili Peppers will have the honour of kicking off what promises to be a remarkable week of music and festivities.
From la Ruche to the Village du Monde, not forgetting Smooth Volcano and Monic la Mouche, a series of multi – facetted artistic propositions are guaranteed to surprise and provoke the curiosity offestivalgoers.
The Festival is sold out but1500 tickets will be on sale from 9 a.m. every morning of the Festival, on paleo.ch
as well as from Ticketcorner sales outlets. No tickets will be on sale at the Festival venue.
Nearly 230’ 000 spectators will soon discover a Festival prepared with poetry and passion for six days and six nights of festivities and emotion. With a wide range of both well – established names and aspiring artists, there will be room for curiosity at every level as well as a multitude of artistic experiences to be sampled in the different areas of the Festival.
La Ruche, a space of many delights, overflowing with creativity, highlighting the work of original and unusual artists, raw or surrealist, will be boldly celebrating its tenth anniversary in great style, under the banner “dare”.
From this same venue, numerous companies will be setting out to parade their talents all over the Festival site.
The quartier des Alpes will be again hosting those inventive metal lace makers of Monic la Mouche and their timeless structures built from metal, shadows and firelight, including the fascinating Quai des Alpes, which will provide a convivial and sheltered space.
