Businessman Patrick Powell Freed Of Murder In #X6Trial: Was Justice Served?

Businessman PatrickX6 Killer‘ Powell has been freed of the murder of 17-year-old Kingston College student Khajeel Mais.

The charges against Powell were dismissed after the lead prosecutor Jeremy Taylor this morning told the court that it would present no evidence.

Justice Lloyd Hibbert then directed the juror to return a formal verdict of not guilty.

Powell was charged with murder and shooting with intent.

The development comes after the prosecution’s star witness Wayne Wright on Friday recanted his witness statements to the police in 2011.

Wright was declared a hostile witness by the prosecution.

“I feel good. God is with me,” says Patrick Powell as he leaves the court in a BMW X5 after being freed of murder and shooting.

Money talk and evidence walk. Witness see and blind and hear and deaf. To the family of the slain young man, I wish you peace and a good night’s sleep. To his sister, you did your best by taking it to social media. Now go on and live and cherish the memories you’ve shared with your brother. ! Justice served cold. #justice #murder #x6murdertrial
