‘Admiral’ Bailey Jailed on Passport Fraud Charges

Popular football coach and Jamaican entertainer, Glendon ‘Admiral’ Bailey is in jail on multiple fraud charges.

The Police Corporate Communication unit says about 10:30 this morning, Bailey attended the offices of the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency, PICA and attempted to renew a passport in the name Micheal George Sullivan.

According to the CCU, during the renewal process Bailey’s true identity was revealed and he was taken into custody.

Bailey is accused of two counts of Uttering Forged Documents, two counts of Obtaining Passport by False Pretense, and two counts of Possession of Forged Documents.

The entertainer and football coach has also been charged with one count each of Attempting to Obtain a Passport by False Pretense and Conspiracy to Defraud.

He is scheduled to appear in the Corporate Area Criminal Court on Thursday March 5, 2015.
