Shorty Starts Music Label And Releases Song From The ‘Teacha’

Music seems to becoming family business as Tanesha ‘Shorty’ Johnson, the common-law wife of Incarcerated dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel, is debuting her own Short Boss Muzik label with the release of School.
According to a press release, Shorty is following in the footsteps of Vybz Kartel, using music in order to cope and fill the void of her spouse’s lengthy absence. 

Surrounded by an superb collection of producers, and a powerful electronic distribution company, she shares with dancehall lovers the innovative thoughts of the self-proclaimed ‘Teacha’ in his School, a concept to ‘schoolas’ across Jamaica “pull up yuh pants an put it pon yuh waist”, among other subjects to information youths on a proper route. 
The music also refers to whitening, tardiness, exams, absence from school, limited pants and assault.

The song is being distributed by Twenty-first Hapilos Digital and will be available to the public on iTunes on Aug 27, 2013.
